PERTON SPRING FESTIVAL 2018

Perton Spring Festival is back again for its 12^th year on Saturday 12^th May at Perton Library from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Over 20 organisations and projects are participating in 2018 with the aim of engaging people with what’s best about our local environment from: the fossils, geology and archaeology beneath our feet; to how owls, falcons, bees and dragonflies use their amazing powers of flight to command the air; to the invertebrates that tell us whether our river is heathy and the plants & orchids which enhance our environment. Watch Robot Cossey use his chain saw to carve a snail. Lots to do for children and families: including flight display by owls and falcons and meeting Freddie the hedgehog. Refreshments provided.

Perton Spring Festival is a free community event organised by Wild About Perton in collaboration with Perton Library and South Staffordshire Council.
